The reception will be at the Springfield Golf & Country Club,  close to both the hotel and St. Bernadette’s. There will be a bus going from the hotel to the country club so there is no need to drive. If you do decide to drive there, there is ample parking and you are able to leave your car there overnight if you would like to take the bus back to the hotel.

Directions from the hotel:
Turn right out of the hotel parking lot onto Loisdale Road, then make a right turn onto VA-286/N Fairfax County Parkway. After 2.5 miles, continue straight onto Rolling Rd. Turn right onto Old Keene Mill Road and then make the first right after the shopping center into the Springfield Golf & Country Club parking lot.

Going to the reception, leaving from the front of the hotel: 4:15, 4:45

Leaving reception, going back to the hotel Embassy Suites: 30 minutes before the end of the night and 15 minutes after the reception ends
